Peter Pan

Our production of Peter Pan was a great success. A huge team effort by staff, parents and friends - and not forgetting the pupils - resulted in a memorable performance.  Pictures will be posted in our gallery very shortly - read a report by our pupils below...

Peter Pan was an amazing experience with a fantastic opportunity to enjoy and express the school’s talent. It all started off with the auditions commencing between 5th- 8th October. Luckily, for some they received main parts. Unfortunately, others walked away with unhappy faces but, everybody was involved in some way including scenery, technical team, runners or year group acts.

As scripts were handed out rehearsals were starting to make lots of progress. A couple of weeks before the performances, costumes were fitted and make-up was planned. Children and teachers alike were both feeling the pressure as the show got closer.

When it finally came to the dates of 11th, 12th and 14th of March the whole school was nervous. After the tiring musical, which was great fun, we received lots of positive feedback (that we thank you for!)
Hopefully, in two years’ time the school will, once again,  live up to the high standards that have previously been set!
